If you double the filters in your drip maker, will your coffee come out weaker or stronger?

    I would think stronger.

If you're talking about filters that you put the coffee into yourself, not the pre filled ones, then I would guess weaker...we use a reusable filter at home, not the paper ones.

Refering to the regular (not pre-filled) paper filters.

If you double the paper filters in your drip coffee maker, will your brew come out stronger or weaker?

(Kudos to robex for going the reusable route...

Double filters result in longer contact of water and coffee grinds, thereby creating a stronger brew.

Try this with prefilled or reusable systems (just drop a plain filter in too).
    Congrats to Aleta!

i would guess stronger b/c of prolonged contact with the grinds.
