See the Difference?

April 23rd, 2010 at 02:33 pm

Working on a new style of earrings this past week, the first came out just as I pictured. But then - ARGHHH - I realized I would run out of beads for a second earring.

Before I cut the wire and took it apart, thought I'd check a local indie bead shop in the small chance similar beads were in stock.

Here's the results, can you tell the difference?

Three Loop Sage Green Earrings

Planning to make a collection of these in silver/reds, gold/pinks and silver/blues

Yes...one is more blue the other green. Could you split the loops up and mix them for each earring? Good luck!

the color is fairly true in the photo, the right hand one has very slightly larger green seed beads, and those are a tiny more 'emerald' (the left hand one is a tiny more softer sage green).

The loops are made from one continuous wire, each loop is wrapped at the top and then drops back down for another.
